Does the company provide liability insurance, bonding and workers compensation insurance, if so how much? This could be a real problem if there is any damage to your facilities.
4. Customer Support
What type of customer support do they offer and are they able to assign one service contact for your company? Can they assign one customer service representative for your company, including a 24 hour customer service line?
5. Monthly Billing
Is the company able to invoice once per month for services performed?
6. Full Service and Modern Equipment
Can the company provide all cleaning materials and modern equipment which are necessary to provide high quality service and maintain your company's image?
7. Supplies and Materials

Can you request and get a list of current customers that the company has provided service for at least twelve months? Do their other clients agree that they adhere to a high set of values and ethics?
